LG125 glove box (purification and regeneration system)

It is a standard glove box, equipped with purification system and regeneration system as standard,

You can choose to install a freezer (up to -40 degrees C). Static eliminator, UV bulb or Spin Coater or Cold Trap.

It can also be used with a vapor deposition machine, or according to customer needs, a custom-made transfer box, and equipped with a two-stage high-vacuum pump for use,

[Electronic control system]

(1) Power supply: 220V/60Hz, 10A, a set of AC110V power socket is attached inside the glove box

(2) System control: PLC programmable controller with 5.7-inch Chinese and English touch human-machine interface to control and display water oxygen concentration and glove box pressure value

(3) The pressure of the glove box can be set freely, automatic constant pressure (0-16mbar) control and foot pressurization/decompression switch control glove box pressure

 

[Gas purification/regeneration system and gas pipeline]

(1) Purification system: gas closed loop cycle water removal and oxygen removal system

(2) Concentration of glove box gas after treatment by purification system: H2O<1ppm(v), O2<1ppm(v)

(3) Purifier (including catalyst): made of stainless steel SUS 304, including heater and heat preservation, which can be used repeatedly

(4) Regeneration control: automatic program control by PLC man-machine interface (automatic/manual regeneration control mode), the date of purifier regeneration is recorded
